The aim for this event is conversation\, not confrontation\, thus we ask all participants to be respectful at all times by asking/answering questions in the spirit of learning and understanding. To ensure the event is community-led\, our forum is moderated by a CMA member who is not on either the Board or Nominating Committee. Moderators help to ensure fairness for both the candidates and member participants.
