The CMA Board approved the CMAWS Septic System Maintenance Policy Resolution 2025-06 on 8/16/25, effective 9/1/25.

This Policy Resolution supersedes Policy Resolution 2024-04 of the same name, approved in July 2024. It includes information from the revised WV Title 150 Series 7 (3/10/25) and Series 5 (3/25/23).
