The Barn Task Force provides information and guidance to the Board of Directors about the CMA Barn. It is looking at the long term outlook for repairs, restoration, and maintenance.

Task Force Charter
The primary responsibilities of the Business Use of Property Task Force are:
- Advise and assist the Board in preparing for and drafting rules and regulations authorized by CMA C&Rs, Article VI, Section 1, Restriction Against Business Use for presentation to CMA owners for their approval.
- Advise and assist the Board in seeking legal counsel advice regarding the rules and regulations authorized by CMA C&Rs, Article VI, Section 1, Restriction Against Business Use.
- Advise and assist the Board in establishing a Resale Certificate and C&R language that requires its use.
Sports Courts

The Sports Courts Task Force conducts research and provides recommendations to the Board for the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance to the CMA Sports Courts.
