Passes – New Pass System Begins 5/5/26
CMA is implementing a new pass system for the 2026 season. The pool is scheduled to open Saturday, May 23, 2026, and passes to enter the pool will be available for pickup in advance of the opening and during the opening weekend. Additional passes can be ordered in advance, following the instructions below.
There are three kinds of pool passes:
- Permanent Pass (plastic card that can be used in 2026 and in years to come)
- Annual Pass (plastic card purchased online and good only for the 2026 season)
- Day Pass (purchased online, printed out by buyer and given to the pool attendant, or shown to the pool attendant at the time of entry via a QR Code on a phone or other device; good for any one day throughout the 2026 season, May 23 – September 7.)
Pool Pass Details
- Pool passes are required for entry and must be presented to the Pool Attendant at the pool entrance.
- Passes do not guarantee entry. Access may be limited based on pool capacity or rule violations.
- Each person over the age of 2 must have their own pass.
- Day passes can be printed or shown digitally. A pool visitor with a Day Pass must be accompanied by a visitor holding a plastic Permanent Pass. This ensures all visitors are authorized to use the pool.
- All pass sales are final and non-refundable.
- The owner(s) of each developed lot is provided with 4 Permanent Passes that can be used in 2026 and in future years. Up to six (6) additional Annual Passes can be purchased by owners. See instructions below.
- Passes that were issued during 2025 (which were called “Community Pool Season Pass”) must be turned in to the CMA office when owners pick up their new passes.
- Owners, or their representative, must provide a photo ID when picking up their Permanent and Annual Passes. If using an authorized representative, please have them bring the Pool Pass Pick Up Authorization Form and the passes from last year’s pilot program.
- No passes can be transferred or used by another property owner or their guest.
- If a Permanent or Annual Pass is lost, there is a $125 fee to replace it. The replacement will be mailed to the owner’s address of record or can be picked up at the pool with proper identification.
- Passes from 2025 can be turned in and new passes for 2026 can be picked up at the CMA Office between 11:00am and 1:00pm on the following dates:
- Saturday, May 16
- Sunday, May 17
