The Finance Committee has submitted the 2024 budget for the Association and Water and Sewer (W/S).

The Committee estimated 2024 expenses based on actual expenses from previous years and 2023 to date. The Association budget includes the recommended funding from the December 2020 CMA Reserve Study. The Board discussed, analyzed, and approved the Committee’s recommendation.

The annual assessment for each property for 2024: $1,620
