Proposed 2026 Budget Presentation

Please join the Finance Committee for the Proposed 2026 Budget Presentation on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 7 pm via Zoom. We will present the Association and Water/Sewer budgets as proposed. Members will vote on the budget in conjunction with the Annual Meeting on September 20, 2025. If you are unable to attend the Zoom presentation, we will post a recording of the presentation on the CMA website as soon as possible. Zoom information is available on the CMA Google Group. Please remember to sign into Zoom with your name and lot number.
How to update your display name on Zoom:
Click Change.
On the Zoom in-meeting controls, click Participants .
Hover your mouse over your name, then click the ellipsis 
.
Click Rename. A pop-up box will appear.
In the pop-up box, enter your display name and lot number (for example: Sally Jones, A-12).
Use the drop down button above to subscribe to this calendar. It will populate your personal calendar with CMA events. You can unsubscribe from within your personal calendar settings.
