Description
The Finance Committee worked to formulate the 2025 budget for the Association and Water and Sewer (W/S).
The Committee estimated 2025 expenses based on actual expenses for 2023, and 2024 to date. The Association budget includes the recommended funding from the December 2020 CMA Reserve Study. The Board discussed, analyzed, and approved the Committee’s recommendation.
The proposed annual assessment for each property for 2025 remains at: $1,620
The Board recommends approval of the Budget.
