CMA Application for Special Exception Use of Property Form (GRH Application)

Group Rental Housing Policy Resolution:

An owner(s) may apply to the Board for a special exception for a non-conforming Group Rental Housing (GRH) use of property and the Board will respond within 30 calendar days. The owner must complete and submit an Annual GRH Registration Packet that will include a newly signed CMA GRH Application Form, any/all required fees at time of registration, and current copies of the property’s WV Business License, WV Business Registration Certificate (from WV State Tax Department), and annual WV Health Permit.
