The CMA Board approved the CMAWS Septic System Maintenance Policy Resolution 2024-04 on 7/20/24.

This Policy Resolution supersedes Policy Resolution 2022-03 of the same name, approved in April 2022. It includes information from the revised WV Title 150 Series 5 and Series 7, effective September 14, 2021.
