The CMA Board approved the CMAWS Septic System Maintenance Policy Resolution 2022-03 on 4/11/22.
This Policy Resolution supersedes Policy Resolution 2020-06 of the same name, approved in December 2020. It includes information from the revised WV Title 150 Series 5 and Series 7, effective September 14, 2021.
