Design Guidelines and Building Regulations

The Development and Architectural Control Committee (DACC), Design Guidelines and Building Regulations is organized into two sections: “Design Guidelines” for modifications to existing houses and “Building Regulations” for new houses and substantial modifications to existing houses.

Use the included forms to apply to the DACC for approval.
