The CMA Board approved the CMA Water & Sewer Leak Assessment Policy Resolution (revised) 2024-01 on 12/11/2023, effective 1/1/2024.
This Policy Resolution supersedes Policy Resolution 2022-02 of the same name, approved in March 2022. It includes information from the revised WV Title 150 Series 5 and Series 7, effective September 14, 2021.
