CMA Water & Sewer Leak Adjustment Policy Resolution

The CMA Board approved the CMA Water & Sewer Leak Assessment Policy Resolution (revised) 2026-03 on 8/8/2026, effective 9/1/2026.

This Policy Resolution supersedes Policy Resolution 2024-01 of the same name, approved in December 2023. It includes information from the revised WV Title 150 Series 5 and Series 7, effective September 14, 2021.

This Policy is in effect while in review by the WVPSC and will be recorded at Morgan County Courthouse after PSC review.
