The CMA Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021, via Zoom. We will also hold our annual election. Ballots will be generated by the Nominating Committee through a software program called Election Buddy. Votes will be anonymous.
Four (4) candidates have expressed interest in being elected. You will be voting for up to four (4) candidates to fill the open positions on the Board of Directors. In addition, members will be voting to approve the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes, proposed 2022 Budget, proposed amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, and revised Design Guidelines and Building Regulations (DACC guidelines). These documents are available for review in the Owners/Documents section and on the Election Buddy voting site. Please review documents before casting your vote.
As noted, CMA voting will be accomplished via online balloting ONLY. The person listed as the primary owner on each lot will receive an email with instructions on how to cast their vote(s). Voting will start on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 1:00 pm. All voting will close on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 1:00 pm. Please watch your inbox for your voting email.
