The 2024 Proposed Budget Presentation was held on Monday, August 21 at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
In response to owners requests, the CMA Board provides an advanced review of the Proposed 2024 Budgets for CMA and CMAWS (water/sewer). Owners will vote on passage of the budgets in September, in conjunction with the election of board members and other business before the membership as part of the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting.
Your Board and Finance Committee volunteers have compiled the 2024 Proposed Budgets using historical expenses, projected increases, pending projects, and Reserve Study recommendations. We feel the budgets reflect an accurate estimate of the Association’s needs for 2024.
