Notice of the Annual Membership Meeting was posted to this site in January 2024 in the event calendar. This is a reminder the meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Coolfont Resort.
The purpose of the meeting is to hold Board Elections and approval of the 2025 Budget, 2023 Meeting Minutes, and additional questions, if any. Voting will be accomplished using the Election Buddy online voting system. Owners are encouraged to attend the meeting at the Resort and to cast their vote online before the meeting.
There will be a Zoom option for those unable to attend in person. Details for Zoom, voting instructions, and supporting documents will be emailed to owners on/about September 1, 2024. Details will also be published via the Google Group.
