Annual Members’ Dinner – 9/20/25 (RSVP by 9/12/25)

The Annual Members’ Dinner will be held at 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Charlotte’s Cafe, 495 S. Washington, St, Berkeley Springs. Please join your fellow owners for an evening of friends, fun, and food.

This will be the third year we’ve held the dinner at Charlotte’s Cafe.  The cost is $30/person, $15 for those under 13 yrs, to be sent to the CMA treasurer prior to the dinner.  Dinner will include non-alcoholic beverages.  Wine will be available for anyone who wishes.  Each person must order and pay their own liquor tab. Please consider carpooling to save parking space.

Please let us know by September 12 if you will be attending.  This gives us time to invoice you for the dinner and give the restaurant a headcount. When you reserve, we will send you an invoice by email which you can pay online or mail a check. The charge includes gratuity. Payments must be received before September 18 to hold your reservation.
