Help Keep Our Community Strong

Our HOA serves 146 properties, but only a small number of volunteers currently help manage the work that keeps our neighborhood running smoothly. The reality is that when more homeowners participate, the workload becomes lighter, decisions benefit from more perspectives, and our community becomes stronger. We’re not asking everyone to commit to a board or committee position or spend hours each week. Many volunteer opportunities require only a few hours per month or help with a specific project.

By volunteering, you can:

• Have a voice in decisions that affect your property and neighborhood
• Help maintain and enhance property values
• Meet and work with your neighbors
• Share your skills and ideas to improve our community
• Help ensure responsibilities are shared fairly among community members

Whether you have experience in finance, communications, landscaping, event planning, construction, technology, or simply a desire to help, your contribution is valuable. If just 5-10 additional members became involved, we could accomplish much more while reducing the burden on current volunteers.
