Snow Plowing & Maintenance Map

This map provides an approximation of the areas of CMA roads for snow plow service and road maintenance. It's based on the current (2024) information available on Morgan County WV GIS system for imagery and may not be an exact representation of the orientation of roads/plats.

The pink lines are areas serviced for CMA. The blue lines are additional servicing for CMAWS (green line is emergency access only).

CMA provides snow plow services and maintenance on roads on CMA common area property only. CMA does not plow or maintain roads located on private property unless it is required to access Water/Sewer resources. It is the responsibility of the owner to maintain roads or parking areas located on their property.

Note: This is a large file due to the resolution of the map. There is no document preview available due to size.
