IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Commission Staff file a response to Coolfont’s October 17, 2024 letter by November 1, 2024. If Commission Staff does not believe that any change in the recommended rates is warranted, Coolfont will have to file a formal objection resulting in a contested evidentiary hearing.
