How do I get new keys for my mailbox?

Have you misplaced the keys to your mailbox or weren’t provided them by the previous owner? CMA doesn’t maintain extra keys, instead the lock will be replaced and new keys provided.
Owners are charged for the cost of the lock and the labor fees to install. Currently, this total is $50. An invoice will be emailed to the owner.
Owners should contact the Board or CMA Communications chair to request a new lock and keys. They will contact the Site Manager to arrange the install. This may take a few days as coordination with the mail carrier is required.
The new keys will be dropped off at the CMA residence. If no one is home, they will be left somewhere near the front door and a photo provided to the owner.
Owners are allowed to make additional copies of their keys, if needed.
