Call for Candidates

Anyone who is intending to run for one of the open seats on the CMA Board has until the end of day July 29th to announce their candidacy. All candidate announcements require two actions: 1) email me with your intention to run and 2) prepare and send (to me via email) your Declaration of Intent. Both actions are required of any candidate wanting to be placed upon the September ballot. 

The Declaration needs to include a brief statement describing your interest, reason for running, experience and qualifications for a CMA Board position.The Nominating Committee would also like CMA members to participate in our Meet the Candidates online event. As we did in 2025, we are offering two date options in hopes that more people will be able to attend. Our Meet the Candidates event is taking place, via Zoom, on August 24th and 25th from 6:00 -7:30pm.
