Please join the Finance Committee for the Proposed 2027 Budget Presentation on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 7 pm via Zoom. We will present the Association and Water/Sewer budgets as proposed. Members will vote on the budget in conjunction with the Annual Meeting on September 19, 2026. If you are unable to attend the Zoom presentation, we will post a recording of the presentation on the CMA website as soon as possible. Zoom information is available on the CMA Google Group.
